Duane La Chance, 55, suffered third-degree burns and was listed in serious condition Wednesday night after he accidentally touched a power line carrying 15,000 volts with a piece of angle iron.

Smoking Wheels
Forty passengers were evacuated Wednesday from a Northwest Airlines jet at the LaCrosse, Wis, Municipal Airport.
Flight 128 was stopped as a landing tower employee spotted smoke near the wheels following a flight from Minneapolis.

Missing Boy
A seven year old boy was found Monday night in Brick Township. N.J., after been missing for three years.
The missing child who's picture was shown after the film Adam: The Song Continues, was recognized by a neighbor who then preceded to call the police. Officers arrested the boy's mother, Ellen Lynn Conner, 27, on chargers of kidnapping and interference with a custody warrent.
